Ten years ago, About Time Projects was an idea, a laptop, and a single major project in Burpengary, Queensland.
When the company was founded in 2015, the goal wasn't just to build projects; it was to build confidence. He wanted to create a firm that didn't just manage construction but also managed the anxiety and complexity that comes with it.
Today, as we celebrate our 10th anniversary, the view from our Camberwell office looks very different.
We have grown from a solo operation into a dedicated team of four. We have moved offices twice to accommodate that growth. And most importantly, we have successfully delivered over 90 projects across Australia and New Zealand.
The Journey in Numbers
It’s easy to measure success in years, but we prefer to measure it in relationships.
Retention: We signed our first warehouse project with EBOS Group Limited in 2016. Nine years later, we are currently delivering our eighth project for them.
Excellence: Our commitment to quality has earned us eight industry awards, including prestigious AIB recognition at the State and National levels.
Quality: As of 2025, we are fully ISO-certified (OHS/Enviro/QA), cementing our commitment to excellence.
The People Behind the Projects
Buildings don't get built by themselves. We wouldn't be here without Andy Lee, who joined Warwick in the Richmond days back in 2016, or our newest experts, Scott West and Tas Angelides, who are helping us manage our biggest pipeline yet with clients like Mirvac and Trinity Grammar.
