The Property

Marsden Park Logistics Estate is a brand new state of the art industrial development. Sydney's newest industrial precinct, Marsden Park is well serviced by infrastructure and amenity, offers direct access to Sydney’s key motorway networks and benefits from being situated within the growing North West. The new site at Marsden Park was also in close proximity to Lyppards current facility, hence providing the Client easy transition to the new premise.

The Space

Purpose-built industrial facility consisting of 2,000m² of conventional warehousing; 1,000m² of temperature-controlled storage facility for high-value veterinary products; specialist cool room and secure drug storage compound; 350 m² administrative office including integrated fit-out with outdoor staff courtyard.

About Time Projects was engaged to assist Lyppard Petfood to select a suitable site for the relocation of their operations. Acting as the project manager for the tenant, About Time Project represented our Client in liaison with the property owner and managed their D&C builder.  Scope of services included:

  • Assess potential sites and shortlist suitable developments;

  • Preparation of project brief and building specification documents for tendering purpose;

  • Assist with final selection and formal agreement with the property owner;

  • Monitor the design and construction of the building to meet Clients requirements;

  • Monitor programme and quality of works during the construction phase;

  • Project manage the tenancy fit-out works including base building improvements to the warehouse facility;

  • An integrated fit-out of the administrative office including procurement of workstations and loose furniture.
