The Property

Just 12 kilometres north-east of the city, you’ll find Heidelberg with generous parkland and bike trails. The property is set in close proximity to the major and medical research precinct of Heidelberg.

The Space

The development is set on a prominent corner block with great access to the best the area has to offer. Situated on the higher part of the area, the upper levels of each unit provide great views of the surrounding area. All units are serviced by a common basement car park with access to an open-air secure courtyard. All units are well-appointed with modern external design utilising the latest materials to provide a clean and low maintenance façade. 


This was a new build project which was already under construction when About Time Projects was engaged to assist the developer with building and management advice. The scope of services was predominantly to provide guidance to the developer and consisted of:

  • Monitor and report on works installed and report on progress and works outstanding;

  • Provide comment on variation claims from the building contractor;

  • Carry out site visits and provide commentary on quality of works inspected.
