Due Diligence
We are able to provide general building and development advice throughout the due diligence phase of the property acquisition. Depending on the size of the acquisition, other specialist sub-consultants may also be employed to provide additional engineering advice.
General Building Advice
As a registered Commercial Builder we are well placed to provide general building advice at any stage of a project. We can also carry out a detailed defects inspection at the end of the project and provide a defects register, referenced photographs and PDF drawings identifying the location of the defect.
