Our approach can either be to guide clients through the development of a project or take a more active role in managing consultants, designers, builders, agents and tenants.

With Warwick's experience on projects like Twenty8 Freshwater Place, Southbank, and the redevelopment of 357 Collins Street, Melbourne, he is able to provide great depth and insight into all aspects of the development, from concept to construction, and post completion. 

Project and Construction Management

Acting as the client's Project Manager/Superintendent, About Time Projects can provide experienced and qualified project management and construction advice for your project.

Time Management

We possess an in-depth understanding of construction sequencing and programming, and are able to critique and provide detailed construction programs to meet your needs.

Design  Management

We believe the design phase is the most critical phase of the development process. Acting as the Design Manager, About Time Projects can provide leadership through this phase to establish the time and cost parameters for your project.

Due Diligence

We are able to provide general building and development advice throughout the due diligence phase of the property acquisition. Depending on the size of the acquisition, other specialist sub-consultants may also be employed to provide additional engineering advice.

General Building Advice

As a registered Commercial Builder we are well placed to provide general building advice at any stage of a project. We can also carry out a detailed defects inspection at the end of the project and provide a defects register, referenced photographs and PDF drawings identifying the location of the defect.
